    Accountable in Dubai

    Tourism Licence No. 1237379, issued by Trakhees, Dubai. Contract, invoice and problem-solving all happen here, in your time zone.

  2. 02

    Our own ground team in China

    Guides, drivers and hotels are arranged by our own team in Beijing, Xi’an, Shanghai and the Yangtze Delta, Yunnan, Guangzhou and Harbin. You deal with one supplier.

  3. 03

    Halal and Arabic as standard

    Halal meals throughout. An Arabic-speaking guide throughout; English on request. Prayer times are planned into each day.

  4. 04

    Itinerary as written

    Every stop, meal and hotel is listed in the quotation before the deposit. Optional activities are marked as optional.

  5. 05

    Net rates, settled in AED

    Land-only net rates by party size, quoted in AED and valid for 30 days. Deposit 30%, balance 21 days before departure, local tax invoice.

  6. 06

    A contact in Dubai, 24 hours

    Your clients have a Dubai number that answers on WhatsApp. The next day’s itinerary card reaches the group the evening before, and the emergency procedure is shared with your team before departure.

The published price is the from-price shown to travellers on this site: per person, quoted for their own party of the stated size, land only. Hotels are named in every quotation. Rates exclude international flights and visa fees. We can also quote flight-inclusive packages on Emirates, Etihad, flydubai and Chinese carriers.

  • Hotels with breakfast, named in the quotation
  • Vehicle with driver for the party, and airport transfers
  • Arabic-speaking guide throughout; English on request
  • First-entrance tickets for the sights listed in the itinerary
  • Halal meals as listed in the itinerary
  • Domestic high-speed trains or flights where the itinerary states them
  • Insurance as itemised in the quotation
  • A pre-departure pack for your client: Alipay and WeChat Pay set-up, eSIM options, and halal and emergency cards in Arabic, English and Chinese

How we work with agencies

  • You own the client relationship. We contact your clients only through the trip WhatsApp group you create
  • White label: itinerary PDFs and daily cards carry your brand if you wish
  • Quotation within 24 hours on working days; hotels and guide confirmed within 72 hours of the deposit
  • Net rates in tiers for 2, 4, 6 and 10 travellers
  • Volume tiers: the net rate improves from three departures a month
  • Cancellation terms are sent to you in writing before any deposit is taken
